A Tiny Leap

Reach your peak. Ride your wave.
#everyonesummits

A Tiny Leap began with an idea that one small step in a new direction can feel like a tiny leap into the unknown.

In 2011, I followed a hunch that I needed to take some time to reset, refocus, and recharge. “Reset. Refocus. Recharge.” These were the three words I used as the title on a single sheet of paper where I listed out different areas of my life, and under each area listed out the goals I wanted to achieve over the course of a year. I stuck this piece of paper on a wall that I walked past first thing every morning. And every morning, I read the list.

By the end of that year, I was a different person. I viewed my work with a new perspective, forged more meaningful connections with the people around me, and uncovered new ways of cultivating a growth mindset that I applied to my mental and physical health and wellbeing.

I didn’t check off every item on the list that year, but instead I accomplished something more profound: I developed the foundation for a new way of being that propelled me ahead and continues to drive me forward.

Over the years I’ve come to learn that checking off the list wasn’t the point — the real value was recognizing I was at an inflection point, and taking a tangible step to move forward in a new direction with clarity and purpose.

Small steps, compounded over time, can leap you forward towards lasting impact and change. My offer is to work with you as a thinking partner to help you take your steps towards the change you seek.
